Random shots during my time in the countryside, taking care of my ancestors' grave in Ha Long and Ninh Binh.
Tranquility
My grandfather from my mother's side on our trip back to his hometown to visit our ancestors' grave before the New Year came.

Stacked Graves, Stacked Gloom
Seeing graves stacked on graves on a hillside makes me really think how life is short.
The Cemetery on the Hillside
It was a solid 20 minute walk from the parking lot deep inside the cemetery before we got to one of the graves.
Vigor
It's funny how nature always finds its way to sunlight.
Vigor Pt. 2
Nature can be at the most unsuspected places like right next to a grave.

Rundown
This picture was taken from a trip of my whole family from my father's side back to Ninh Binh to relocate my great great grandfather, and my whole family line's graves.
This is the house my dad used to live in before moving to Hanoi to go to highschool.
Loneliness
Most of the lands our family own in the countryside where we don't live anymore are left for locals to rent for living or farming.
Sorrowful
Once a year we would visit my father's grave.
